Collaborates with Fundación Repsol as a mentor in its entrepreneurship program “Fondo de Emprendedores”.
Participates in the development of the work “Decarbonisation of energy end-uses”, promoted by the Energy Committee of CAETS (Council of Academies of Engineering and Technological Sciences), as a member of the working groups “Oil and Gas” and “Chemistry”.
During his professional career he has been:
Technical Advisor for Energy and Environment at the Cerdá Institute in Barcelona;
Director of Energy and Environment at the Repsol Foundation.
Deputy Director of Refining Processes and Development at Repsol’s European Refining Unit.
Head of process development and new technologies at Repsol’s R&D Center.
Executive Director for Energy and Environment at Europia (European Association of Petroleum Companies).
Head of R&D and Process Development at Empresa Nacional de Fertilizantes (ENFERSA)
He is also the author of several publications in the areas of ammonia plant process control, biofuels, mobility, air pollution and oil and gas industry strategies.
