She is a Communications and Electronics Engineer from the Universidad Iberoamericana. She obtained two master’s degrees from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey and a Ph.D. from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. She has been Secretary of Construction, Material Resources and General Services of the Council of the Federal Judiciary; as well as Secretary of Services in the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation. She held the positions of General Coordinator of Planning and SCT Centers and Alternate Director on the Board of Directors of PEMEX. She was Head of various Internal Control Bodies (former Secretary of the Comptroller General of the Federation, Secretary of Energy, Pemex Refining, Secretary of Communications and Transportation). She was General Director of Gas of the Secretary of Energy; Subdelegate for Works and Services, and Works and Urban Development in the Miguel Hidalgo Delegation, among other positions. She was a finalist to occupy the title of the Superior Audit of the Federation (ASF) and of the Major Treasury Accounting Office of the Legislative Assembly of the D.F. She is a Founding Partner of a specialized consulting firm.
